If that is your ring, why don't you just put a buffer to it with some polishing compound and polish it

No it's not, it's one I found years ago, just looking for another one. That one was sold for scrap.
Mine was long gone years ago, kind of why people get into beach hunting to begin with I guess. If it wasn't undersized I would have kept it as it was identical to mine just lower kt.
