Hi:hello:,

It was a beautiful morning today; up with the roosters, did some Fall cleaning and headed for the beach for low tide 3 hours hunt.

Nothing much in the "muddy flats" , so I headed toward the wet sand slope and dry sand "towel line"; that's where I found the silver today.

Silver ring ( marked "sterling") looks to be quite old; lead figurine appears to be from a collection of "career" figurines...perhaps a Doctor carrying his medical bag, or a business man carrying his lunch :icon_scratch:

I found a pic of this figurine in a group if career lead figurines which I will post below with the other pics.

Also got lucky with a '46 "Roosie.

John, it was a pleasure to meet and chat with you .

Here's some pics

Thanks for looking

Lorraine

Nice finds! We are all sanded in on the west coast. Funny how it goes from 9 gold rings in a week to hardly a bottle cap the next!

Nice finds, Lorraine. Praying I can get out for a few hours in the morning. A silver ring and dime would suit me fine, but gold would be so much finer.

Looks like the sand is sifting with the oldies you found. Always a good sign when oldies are in the bucket.
