Exciting ring......at first

And there I was......nice and early on a calm Sunday in Miami beach. My excal 2 gave a deep buzz so I proceeded to dig it up. Not one ring but two rings connected!!! What's this?? And diamonds too!?!?!?!? Omg omg omg, the few beach goers knew I found something from the awkward gyrations and first pumps. But.......then I scratched it and the gold flecked right off. 😤😖. Ahhh well the hunt continues

I can relate, Hookahman. I just dug up a sweet golden necklace and chain. It was a flower make of thick gold wire and around ten 1/4 carat sapphires. I was so excited, but like you, the gold flecked right of and I could scratch one of the sapphires. :sadsmiley:
