Gold bar in the scoop today - monaco beach Hunting

Hi all,

Just back from a hunt to Monaco tonight, I always had some good tickets over there, this time was even better.

CTX 3030 with the 17" coil was out for the party with the Mal UK beach program (seawater on), here's what I've found...




Probably lost by a Monegasc (Monaco resident) or a Swiss tourist going for a swim or maybe used during a windy day to avoid beach towel from getting away

Can't see finding something like that, pretty tough to loose a 5-10kg gold bar, not that gold bars are not found on the beach though.

Why do people do any of the crazy things they do. Maybe he/she was trying to impress their friends with Mom & Dads gold bar and lost it. A gold bar is a great find. Congratulations.

I found a Gold bar yesterday Also, although not as heavy as yours!

Mine was the same style. I found the frame that was with it but the jump ring had broken off. Looked for the chain but no go. Great finds.
