First time to the beach in a while, last nights front moved a little sand. While that horrible hump has been lurking at the beach, I hung up the scoop for a couple weeks and got out the shovel for some relic/coin hunting with my grandson. We had a blast digging CW relics and coins together, had to add a pic of him pulling his first silver coin from the ground, a 1908 Barber quarter, what a smile!!! Hunted a low spot that was holding rocks and bigger shells, started digging greenies and lead. Prob a forty yard stretch is where the silver and gold was hiding, a mans 10k diamond ring, two silver rings and a small silver sand dollar, prob was a earring. I posted the relics and coins from a few hunts with Caleb (6yoa) on the Todays finds forum. Thx for lookin and HH!!!
