Non magnetic, appears to be copper, bigger then a dime,a penny, and slightly bigger then a nickel. Looks like a coin with swirls, and oval looking leaf type symbol on it can't make out anything to go on, no date Ect. Could it be that someone cut a small piece off a copper shaft with a hack saw?

Doesn't appear to be anything like that. Has a rim like a coin, appears stamped, solid copper, strange swirl type inconstant pattern and something like a oval type leaf maybe. Stumped on this one! Want to clean it for more detail but that's a no no

2nd close up a little blurry, maybe camp fire glob as well. Or some scrap metal like the above hacksaw post.

Has a rim like a coin visible on part of it so that makes it extra baffling

In the pictures, it doesn't appear to be copper to me... how about trying a Specific Gravity test to give you a better idea of the metal content....if your scale is accurate enough, it will get you in the ballpark of the base metal. My guess.....just from the pictures...... half of a lead seal that someone cut in half.

Not lead, weighed it out at just over a penny's weight (as in One cent). Under the loop copper can be seen.
May have to clean it to tell I guess

Looks like a small copper rosette to me. Is there anything on the back, smooth or perhaps broken off mount?
Hard to tell from the picture but looks like a palm tree top at 10:30ish pair of coconuts and a fallen tree running from 6:00 up to about 1:30 ish.

Ahh but who knows I could be seeing things.

Not smooth on the back similar to the front but not as detailed, no visible broken off area for a post either. Wish I could get better pics

I was thinking rosette, but normally they either have a hole or you can see an indication of where a small bar was welded to it. I think it would go into my WTF jar.
