I was among the many...... and you are right there were many. He who swings across it first gets the gold. I heard you got one, i was heading the other way i believe never ran into you. Congrats on that one...... i got all the pennies the CTXs were leaving lol.

I was at West coast beach today for short time today, talk to another hunter who told us there were over a dozen hunters hitting the beach yday so moved on to some other beaches. Met AARC and his lovely wife today too......

Congrats on a great find!

Just curious, how deep were you when you found the ring??? I find it easier to cover more water to only go out to knee deep. The waves are brutal to my old bones and I lose too many targets in the deeper depths.
