All the beaches there are no problems to detect. If you mean "problems" as in "legalities". State of CA owned beaches have always ever been detected since the earliest days of detecting. Might be an archie or two in Sacramento who thinks cultural heritage minutia verbage applies. But .... as of present, it's never been an issue. So we keep it that way.

The only other rule you need to be aware of is: I get 30% of all your finds. That's standard fee for out-of-state folk who come to detect my beaches. I accept paypal. :laughing7:

The beaches are public up to the mean high tide line. In some places, access to the beach can be restricted, so, you may have to find a public access area and hike down the beach to where you want to detect. 30% or more of your finds will probably be tabs and other junk......send those to Tom! :laughing7:
