So much for shopping at Wal-Mart, I suppose the same might apply at the beach...
Get up late... Start slow... Taper off early...
I am a second level vegetarian. Cow's eat grass. I eat cows.
Half of everything I do today will be wrong. I just don't know which half yet.

In this scenario it does, quite a bit. Do you go in the water at dawn and dusk, do you go in deep when the water is murky, if you see a school of bait fish being chased do you wade toward it, do you avoid steep drop offs and sand bars?

Had an 8' black tip shark follow 4 yards behind me for 60 yrs while swimming Melbourne Beach 6 yrs ago. He went under the waves as I turned toward shore where an old fisherman told me of the shark, of which I had no idea. Never went swimming again in the ocean...but I spend up to 5 hrs/day medal detecting in 3-5 ft of water. Figure that one out.
Now that Wife is happy with large diamond ring found last year, I search for happiness and find it every time I go metal detecting.
