Found a Go Pro Hero 3 today!

Scooped out a Go Pro today in the wet sand. Quite deep thought it was beer can for sure. Goes to show you, dig everything! Hooked it up to the play station when I got home and it works. Also found out how the guy lost it. Video of him tossing it up in the air and letting it drop in the water.

bigfoot: Their is quite a few vids of the guy in the water the day he obviously lost it. He chucked it in the air several times letting it fall in the water. The last video is the Go Pro in the lake thrashing along the bottom until the battery died.

I found one still attached to an extender rod, I too thought it would be a can down about a foot. The last video shows him filming a girl in the surf and a big wave comes and then just video of it tumbling around in the ocean. Its a nice one, it has wifi and sends real-time video to your phone.
Found it a few months ago and played with if for a couple days and now its just sits around. More of a novelty, not much into taking videos. Probably sell it.
