been lurking for a while and seeing two found aggie rings in recent posts decided to register. This site will almost certainly put you in touch with the ring's original owner: Lost and Found They will have a record of the name and contact info (that they use for fundraising) tied to class and what style of ring it is (incl size, purity, etc). These rings are a pretty big deal for Texas A&M students and often are or become heirlooms, you can even have your grandfather's ring melted down and made into your ring! Of course it's up to you what you want to do with it, if it meant that much to the owner he probably shouldn't have worn it to the beach (I don't!)
