Went to Deteknix site and they list Serious Detecting (great dealer I've dealt with) as one of the dealers for the scoop. Went to Serious Detecting, looked at all the scoops and did a search for Deteknix and, many Deteknix products listed, but no Deteknix scoop...Oh, well...

They ought to ship one to Metaldetectorguy for video review. I'd pay-per-view for that! :laughing7:

U mean this one, it is exist, and it is quite good universal scope, fairly priced. I am using one for more than month. No issues so far except is little heavy and for some specific beaches u will still need bigger and wider scope.

Well, when you steal someone elses design and have it made by a cheap chinese factory, junk is what you get. This is the original design by SunSpot scoops:

Sunspot has since changed and upgraded their design to make it stronger and more durable.

My CF handled Stealth Scoop is as important to me as my metal detector. I couldn't be without it.
Best of luck with the new scoop MexGT!

I am using it right now, but not often only when i do water hunting . So far no signs of wear but i think for next year i will get some bigger scope, i have some issues with collecting shallow/deep targets in deep water. I think i lose one ring because i couldn't collect it when it was on surface on the bottom and then he slip in the hole and sunk. i will try different technique using swimming googles when i get this kind of signal .
Thank u for asking this question , when i calculate valuer of the lost ring and time i can buy any scope so i am ordering big scope today.
