This Weekend at One of My Beaches

For those interested in places I detect, here is what one of my beaches looked like this weekend. It is only accessible from a boat and it is about 7 miles out in the lake from where I have my cruiser in a marina.

It looks like a good place to find some jewelry and possibly a lot of it judging by how many people were there. Probably a lot of clad lost by those people too.

Nope. I am wading. The water in that whole bay never gets up to my sholders. This lake is big but the average depth is only 9'. It gets hammered every week by a lot of detectorists, however nobody ever gets it all and I find stuff there all the time.
