(sorry about the sideways picture, tried to fix it but still comes out sideways:dontknow:). I didn't get out a lot this summer and my results aren't as good as most of you but here it goes: Results: 7 gold rings, 5 silver rings, I tiny silver pendant, 1 silver dime (dry sand 1964), 1 stunning bracelet (that I'm not posting a picture of. My best jewelry find since 1999), and your typical junk jewelry. Some of you regular SM beach guys that know Alan (wears the cowboy hat), when I showed him the bracelet I told him it couldn't be real. He said I think its real. He ran to his truck and brought out this diamond tester flashlight, "if those diamonds turn blue they are real". It was a sea of blue

Two firsts for me were my best $$$ piece of jewelry and a silver wedding band set that I found in shallow water (got a mid tone and dug the main ring with the stones, started to swing over the sand spot and got another tone and dug the other ring that sits on top. Swore I had white gold or PLT. Waiting on my gold and diamond testers that should arrive soon. Two people say its stamped 925 but I keep wanting to see 950 PT. :laughing7: . HH Randy

Nice. Lots of clad too? Some choice bottle caps and pull tabs? I'll have to do my group shot together too. Lots of small cars and beach toys. Several pieces of silver and a big diamond and gold ring.

Still alive an kicking! I've been getting out but not a lot. A find here and there not much to post so I waited until my finds built up some. Heading for another empty lot today in San Fernando. I haven't had much luck there the last two times I was there but maybe I'll get lucky today. Keep swinging your CTX and keep it low and slow! Thanks for the reply! HH

Lots of clad, I gave away a few toy cars, plenty of trash too, lots of deep zincs, my share of iron targets and bobby pins that I know are trash but can't let go :laughing7: Main thing is I was digging and having fun! Thanks for the reply! Keep it low and slow! HH

The top right ring moon and star I received from my parents which they got in the 70s mine is a bit different patina but silver with copper star or brass. Heck of a nice summer haul ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1474415228.703653.jpg
