I'm planning on sellling an excal II I bought in 2014. I put a straight carbon fiber shaft on it but I still have the original shaft and everything that came with it. I have a Garrett pin pointer and an RTG stainless scoop. Just wondering if anyone can offer any advice on how much I should ask for it? Everything is in great condition. Thanks.

Start at $1000 for the machine, the rest of the equipment sell separately.

Thanks for the advice. Haven't been around detecting in a while so I've been out of the loop.

Mike has a good suggestion. BUT.... condition has a lot to do on a machine with no warranty. Has it been serviced or repaired? I think you will get around $800 for machine with stock shaft.....

Several years ago, I paid 899.00 used, stock configuration, for Excalibur II. Then bought carbon fiber shaft and knob guard
So $1000.00 is reasonable.

Condition is key. If ya had it in an attic in Florida for 3 yrs the battery is probably toast. Charge it and the Excal should run for at least 13 hrs. Has it been registered with Minelab? Has it had problems or been repaired, as stated earlier? Do you want to deal with it for a long time (charge $1350) or move it quickly (charge $800).
If it is nearly new, $1,000-$1200 starting price seems fair.
