Had a great time in central California last few days hunting my favorite spot San Simeon Pier. The brass Bear plate was found and then left on the railing at the beach. Got back to the hotel and couldn't believe I'd lost it. Went back early this morning and there it was right where I left it! The Ring Of Fire was found low, down in the gravel, cleaned up nice 14g + Sterling.

There are some electrical fittings with a Pat. Date Feb. 3 1920, no date Buffalo, Encrusted Jefferson, An Arrowhead (partial), pottery, and some sea glass pieces.

Good Luck Out There........

Glad you So. CA guys got some action from that swell a week ago. Those brass bears are the fore-runner of what eventually became the date-stickers we now place on our license plates. Congratz.
