Going on day 4 with no power here in the Tampa Bay area, but batteries are charged and the Gulf is calming. Time to hunt!!

Home from in SW Ga hit but ok, too.
Nothing remarkable to mention, I'm still standing, but barely, totally exhausted.

And everyone should try to donate something to an upfront charity/relief effort. If everyone pitched in a little, it would make a huge difference, and yes, I already did. Hurricane season is only half over. Hope no more come, I hate storms.

I always wanted to hunt the beach after a hurricane, and moved to SW Florida a couple years ago. Well here is my chance and I will say it will be weeks if not months before I head to the beach, there are just so many people that need help. My free time will be used helping friends, neighbors and strangers get back on their feet before I will feel right metal detecting again. But I'm sure I will go, once things get back to normal.

Tarpon/PH area...not bad in my neighborhood.
But, around the block and you would think you were
in one of the Caribbean islands �� with all the trees down.
Tampa Bay lucked out big as all of us here know, it really could have been much worse.

made it just got ac back,wild ride lots of damage ,spotty connections to outside world still,boil the water still and curfew still in effect
