I'm actually down in FL now too. My wife and I like the panhandle area. When we arrived yesterday and got settled in, I turned on the TV and the Mayor of Ft. Lauderdale was talking to Terry about the convention at the Hilton. I wasn't surprised at all when the announcer asked, "Whose that talking to Terry Soloman?"

I'm actually testing a prototype for &%$$#@, and I have my little Tesoro Mojave with me for the dry sand as well - Nice down here!

Had a fun day today, and got out on the beach with my little Mojave for an hour this evening. Just found clad, but Riomar Beach has to be the cleanest beach I have EVER hunted! Two pull tabs and One bottle cap - that is all the garbage I beeped in an HOUR! Can't wait to get in the water in the morning!!:skullflag:

You can see it also the other way Terry. Maybe less garbage due to the superior discrimination of the Mojave.

Well, day two and the wet sand was almost like quicksand! The beach is so sanded in that at one point I was knee-deep when a small wave came in, and as it pulled back out I found myself stuck in the sand almost up to my knees! Needless to say I didn't have much luck in the water. Necklace was shallow in the dry sand. Oh well, I'm still having a blast, and I have another full day in front of me down in the Key's! :skullflag:
