An island off Puerto Rico with a population of less then 2,000 humans. May be many more sting rays hangin' in the shallow waters.

Culebra use to be a us military bombing range and look out for the scorpions and centipedes they hurt like hell when you step on them. I know from personal experience. Spent a long weekend there once before I started detecting.
