That's a good day out, much better then mine...I found one coin with a few pieces of brass.

Even though there was a gorgeous cut and hard bottom, I only found one quarter and a few pieces of brass. You did well!

yes, always good to be on the beach, this one in particular has very little trash and oddly a lot of dimes

Dimes and quarters are the real surfer coins so ya might be looking further up the beach, towards the dunes, than where the heavy stuff is located. Don't think I saw any sinkers in your pic. Look for the lead fishing weights - if there is lead there is gold.

3 very small bullet shaped lead weights not in pic. Most of the coins were from the dune line and 15' towards the water

I have found several of the pyramid shaped weights
