We got to the beach around 5p. >:(

Again, I'm sorry, but the FL sunshine from 10a to 5p just takes the wind out of this MO boy! ::)

Much better finds than the day before. ;D

Best target was a Ladies Bulova Crystal Watch. I found this in dry sand where the babes like to layout. ;) I went to the Bulova web page, and sure enough, it was listed, style number 96T13, retail value, $275. ;D

Also found a ring, I found the ring in wet sand just short of the tide wash. I'd like to report it's a ruby ring but........ ;)

And a 50 pesos Colombian coin. 8)

And some misc coins & junk... ;D

That sun and heat will sap you fast. On John Brook's beach near Ft. Pierce I had to wear shoes as the sand was to hot for my dive boots and I had to use my hat as a knee pad for when I bent down to recover a target the sand burned my knees. Go early in the morning and in the evening 6:30 pm.

Hey twist,

the morning of Saturday, September 1, we got to the beach at 6:30a, about a half hour before sunrise and the water was calm, the sand cool, and the air temp was perfect. The next trip, I WILL get my a.. out of the rack each morn & be on the beach prior to sunrise. ;)
