Night detecting in the water separates the Boys from the Men!
"Boy, get your butt over here."
Sorry, the wife is calling.
Gotta go...
Metal Detecting Goal in Life is to Find Wife a 2ct Diamond Ring (so she'll be quiet about all my metal detecting).

Sorry Honey, I can’t. I’ve got plans with my metal detector.
I detect every night. Sometimes I find treasure, but usually she says go to sleep.
I invite you to visit my profile, look what I've found!

I do almost all my beach detecting at night. Less crowds and questions, can go for longer without getting burnt, no navigating around people and their stuff, it's like meditation for me being able to tune out and do my thing. Come home and sleep like a baby.
