There is a couple other places in that area. If you go to Ruskin and go West on Shell point road, you will go about 1 1/2 miles right before the road turns right, there is a subdivision and a big sighn for a tiki bar. Turn in there and drive back to a beach. Bahia Beach. There is another just to the North of that, saw it by boat, never went. Maybe look on a satellite map. It is called Dickman island. Has a road but might be private.

I search a couple of local beaches that have signs saying "NO Fishing". I find tons of fishing tackle there! Go figure......

Yes Dickman Island is a private Island once owned buy the Dickman's not sure if they still own the island. Next to them is a county park E G Simmons County Park. Small breach them not that good. However; Great fishing!!!.

Did you try Bahia beach off west shell point rd? Usually busy
