Yesterday i found one of those sweet spots here heavy stuff accumulates on the beach. Found a bunch of sinkers , nickles and quarters. So today i had to go back and see if i missed anything.

So i grabbed a larger coil , cranked up the sensitivity , and went back over the spot swinging slowly.
Found 3 more sinkers , 6 quarters , 4 dimes , 1 nickle and a 14 gram 14k gold ring !

Research and technique pay off! Iโ€™ve encountered the same thing a few times south of you with good success. Watch other hunters walk right thru without putting in the time.

Way to read the beach and know to hit those low spots. I got a gold band today, as well, but it only came in at 7.1g...so in some ways you found 2 gold rings, together.
