in getting a good back up machine - just saw a cz21 for under $300 on ebay - you cant beat that
i'd buy myself if I did not already own 3

you just go to ebay and search cz21 - but reason I said hurry is it only had 5 hrs left when I posted
even though I have 3 - my gf was po'ed I did not buy for that
haven't checked but think its gone
there were a few others I think were around 500 but 300 was a steal

I had a CZ20 - wire at coil cracked - when i sent in original Fisher had sold to new company
so when i sent in they could not fix it as a CZ20 but had to convert to a CZ21
this is my primary machine - it is what most would call a "hot" machine - it performs
better in every way than my other 2 CZ21s
My 2nd CZ21 I got when i was looking at ebay and it came up for like $400or $500 "like new"
and was shocked when i got it - think others pass on it thinking it was "to good to be true" price
when i got it guy wrote he only used like 3 times - machine did not have a scratch on it
so i had my primary and a back up - I had a few land friends that wanted to try hand at water
so now i had 2 machines in use - one trip my machine died and i had no extra batteries (I was used to
just switching to my back up) and my friend was using back up and i was not gonna take from him
so following year I got a real nice tax check and bought a brand new one - so i own 3 CZ21s now
so i have a lender and a back up

That didn't last long. Saw today a CZ20 with the CZ21 conversion but was in the $750 range. That's pretty much the going rate.
