The month of January has been rough with beach conditions here on the Florida East Coast. Most of the beaches are so sanded in that it takes a lot of moving around to find a place that might produce. To make things worse the water here is chilly and most people are not swimming when they go to the beach. Having said that, I managed to get 8 Gold rings, 4 silver and the rest being junk for a total of 26. I hope I can beat that in February. Thanks for looking, Happy Hunting and good luck to each of you this year.

Pretty nice. Here in Maryland I don't go in the water in the winter, or ever!

Holy moley you call that not so good? I haven't found that many digging in the dirt here 1500 miles north west of you in over nine years. Can't even go out in the winter. Big congratulations to you, some are beautiful.

Some great finds. People think gold is just laying around here in Fl...... its work this time of the year. With 50% of the process as to why people loose their rings being lost...... meaning no ones getting in the water. The sand has been a killer on both sides of the island. The Nox..... well its added to the competition...... as a multi use machine easy to travel with and just a good machine anyone can get in the water then go home and hunt the dirt. So those finds........ VERY impressive.

Which other detector were you using besides Equinox? Did you use a Pulse also?

WOW The conditions on the east coast of Florida sound the same as here on the west coast of Florida...except for all the gold rings!
Hard work pays off, sometimes.
