this past weekend while hunting out to about waiste deep water, I had a dophin swim by no more than 15 ft away ,about 30 min.s later a small shark maybe 2ft at best came by me chasing bait fish, he almost ran into my scoop. Later that day in less than knee deep a large spotted eagle ray at least 3' across sporting a 4' long tail came crusing by, these were my best finds for the day. only wish I had a water proof camera, that ray was really something to see, solid black with the while dots over the white sand, almost didn't look real. what I found was mostly junk, what I saw was pricess.

Wow. That does sound like an awesome and unforgettable day. The shark swimming next to me would scare the bajeebers out of me. I guess I have seen Jaws too many times.
