Key west: Metal detector rentals and spots?

Hi! I'll try posting on this forum...
I am quite new at this. I will be going to Key west in a month and want to know if there is a place that rents metal detectors underwater and dry ones.
Also, Is it allowed at dry tortugas, and other beaches around there?
