Interesting. I had not noticed the tide difference before. Your observation may be a valid one. Here in San Diego, when the tide are really swinging, we could have 7-8 feet between high and low tides. This does expose a lot more previously water covered beach than in Fla.

I do do some water hunting but realize that water temp here is still at 62 degrees so unlike Fla., hunting in the water can be a cold adventure.

Hey Wreck, it that the ocean or your bath water? I am from the east coast and remember the warm waters.

I didnt go into the water today because I thought I saw a school of sharks here in Naples florida. But someone later told me they were Big Manta Rays. Their Wing or fin would come out of the water when they were feeding. I just detected on the beach today.
