Note "had always been believed to be from Beale's iron box", and they were given the torn slip of numbers covered paper, but not the "iron box" by the Otey family.
Remember Pauline Innis stated that she was "not allowed" to photograph the iron box that was believed to be Beale's.

Where did you read that erroneous statement made by Pauline Innis? Something you made up? Right?

If she had the "alleged" iron box, why di she not photograph it at the same time she photographed the torn numbers covered slip of paper?
You do realize that relating what she told you on the telephone is also considered hearsay evidence as with everything related to the Beale story beginning with the "unknown author" and his account of what was told by Robert Morriss.
