Wife & I drove up to Peaks of Otter & visited "THE LODGE", yesterday (July 23rd); OUTSIDE area is still the same, storm clouds came over Sharp Top; saw 5 hawks, 5 fawns with spots, 2 momma deers; NICE cool breeze, the lake (pond). "THE LODGE" had VERY little left from the "glory days" (inside); NO ONE eating in the restaurant; want a hamburger...? $10.00!
Fave "pulled pork" Bar-B-Q is now $9.00 (was @ $6.00). Didn't bother to look for a cup of coffee... PROBABLY $5.00; HA!
