...and I bet that you and/or Laf can not produce one single piece of evidence that anything in the Beale story text ever happened.

You are way out there on this one. What a JOKE!!!!!!!!!
You may want to inform Legrand about this, who is basing his theory on E F Beale's 1850 Beale Papers.
PS, I do find your and Laf's lack of knowledge on this subject quite amusing, that is the real joke here.
PSS, We are all laughing with you!

This is a prime example of making random facts fit ones theory.
Do you have any evidence to show that Carlos de Grandpre provided maps to his son in law, Thomas Beale, of New Orleans, or is it just fanciful speculation on your part to fit your theory?
An "expedition" the size mentioned in the Beale Papers, would have been noticed and talked about, either by those who provisioned the group, or by those who noticed Beale was not around to run his plantation, or hotel.
You realize, that Celeste Boucher de Grandpre Beale kept a diary- guess what is obvious by its omission.

Manny fictitious items seem to make up this whole faerie tale you have told here .

Gen. Edward F. Beale His Diary

Edward Fitzgerald Beale diary and journal, 1853-1859. (Archival material, 1853) [WorldCat.org]

Diary, July 1-16, 1853, while pausing in Colorado on overland journey to California.

Journal, Oct. 28, 1858-July 29, 1859, while engaged in second season's work on the Pacific Wagon Road along the 35th Parallel, from Fort Smith to the Colorado River and back to Albuquerque.
Beale Wagon Road NOW known as Rt. 66, I think... WESTWARD HO!

A "small world" with your slip shod method of research with the only goal of making any Beale fit your theory.
The real genealogy of Edward Fitzgerald Beale:
http://www.geni.com/people/Gen-Edward-F-Beale/6000000006598437107
Make note that his father was George Dixon Beale, an 1812 Naval war hero, and his grandfather was GEORGE BEALE III.

And all of this simply establishes that there is no "J" in your suspect's name and that he wasn't Captain Thomas J. Beall. Point is, all of this has been dished out and debated many times over the years with nothing conclusive ever coming of it. No doubt it won't be the last time either. Now toss in all of the usual "time of death" debating that still continues today and everyone is right back to square one, just as always.

It might also be worth mentioning that a lot of these genealogical sources/results aren't bulletproof.

All of this information has been around a long time and has been corrected over time most from ancestry.com.

Yes, just like the 1885 Beale Papers.
Instead of searching genealogy sites about Beale, we all know this information, find solid documentation confirming the buffalo hunt expedition, or that Thomas Beale actually knew Robert Morriss.
That evidence is critical to proving that anything in the job pamphlet is real.
