I have a copy of the form which you must obtain from the Park Service. I will tell you now if you want to dig on National Forest Land you better have documented proof of said treasure. Also you will need about $250,000 to $1,000,000 to do their environmental studies and endangered specie and soil conservation and plant life studies. They will know everything before you will be permitted and the studies I mentioned above with the cost will be performed before you dig which will take a number of years. If it is on the National Forest or Park Land you may as well forget it.
tad10, you may have been an attorney... YET! IF, you are not "active" & "licensed" in Virginia, they will just laugh in your face; it CAN get a bit "nasty"...

Thanks Rebel KGC. To beat it all the Under Secretary that would not give us permission was forced out of office for embezzling money from the VA. Never made the newspapers but when they are appointed by the President of the United States it is in all the headlines.

Transposition cipher in Jim Gillogly’s Beale sequence

112 18 147 436 195 320 37 122 113 6 140 8 120 305 42 58 461 44 106 301 13 408

147 = A
301 = h
305 = k

AHK Hebrew term for "brother."

120 = J
106 = o
6 = h
44 = n

42 = L

13 = P
140 = i
408 = p
37 = e
112 = r

320 = D
8 = i
113 = g

461, 58 = M M = 2000 Roman Numerals

18, 195, 436, 122 = BFBF left of 22 letters 18 used

i checked this out. it does seem that you can get what he said out of this one or two lines of the beale ciphers. the gillogly string plus two before will get you all the letters that are needed to spell what he said it spelled. that is wierd.

You are in a good place for the Beale Papers. Just don't go to the others you mentioned and you will be fine.

REBEL-KGC, I have went through all of the newspapers of Lynchburg, Va from 1809 to 1822. No new information found. I have ordered Deed Books from 1790 to 1824 also some up to 1915. I am trying to find information that will tell us where Hunter's Hill is located, the plantation home of James Beverly Risque where James Beverly Ward, his wife and three of their children are buried also his father Giles Ward and his wife. I am still hoping to find Robert Morris and Sarah Mitchell Morris buried there. It is a long process that is not easily made.

All the while I have recently been offered parts in two shows about the Confederate Treasure and the KGC. I may turn them down as they do not want to do but one show and have others involved. They wanted an interview but by the time the film gets cut maybe ten seconds of fame. I don't want that if someone wants to do a show I want to do 100 shows and get all of my research out there. But anyway I am on it and I plan to stay on it. I have made three trips to Danville this week and one to the County Seat in Chatham. I will keep working hard sooner or later something will break the dam and flood the news.
