Like claims of "solved" ciphers from a 1885 adventure/treasure dime novel that sold in a limited market for a limited time.

So we have some people that claim to have decrypted the ciphers. We have been over two of them on the other thread. We now have Franklin telling us his is fiction! Actually he says all are fiction! And so there is one less to worry about.

We have someone who tells us there is a death poem in the first page of cipher wrote by someone who would be Dead at the time someone decrypted it.

Next the same person stated there are two ciphers on page two ( C2 ) that explains why the first cypher decrypted had so many errors, with a cipher laying under it.

Next we have according to this same person, that Beale's name is actually spelling is Beal no (E). How could the Ward's not know how Beal spelled his name in the ciphers if they made them? Fact is that the ciphers are real!

Next we see that same individual state the information within the decrypted ciphers is progressively moving from the information given in the first Beale letter to the next to the first decrypted cipher of page two (C2).

Next we see by this same persons statement that there is 10 Pots of one ton of gold. How big is one ton of gold? 15x15x15 of loose gold nuggets a 60 quart pot would hold that eh?

What can we see from all the other decrypted pages? Nothing but the same information as within the pamphlets parameters!

One other item that does stand out is of the statement that there are multiple places were gold is hidden including the place where it was mined from. Of course from the same person who's has given us the original death poem on the C1!

Well, it is all "according to" or "telling us" WITHOUT ANYTHING TO BACKUP THOSE STATEMENT.

Now if there are 10 pots holding 1 ton of gold each, and 1 ton of gold is as stated above 15x15x15 how large are the iron pots, and how were they lifted from a wagon and then lowered into the stone lined 6 foot below the surface vault?

There are other items listed above that are not "within the pamphlet parameters" but are nothing but fulfilling one's speculative theory supporting a claimed cipher "solve" with fabricated facts.

Fact is the decipherment is full of errors based on perceived expectations .
Maybe you should inquire of your expert how Ward received the handwritten manuscript titled THE BEALE PAPERS and why he went to the personal expense of copyright and publishing then withdrawing it from sale when contacted by Pascal Buford's children?

Since there is NO evidence that the Beale perilous adventure ever occurred outside of the dime novel job print pamphlet pages, why do you believe that the unsolved ciphers contain an actual message, much less containing "directions" to a non existing treasure?
Before one can prove a correctly solved cipher, one must prove the story that produced the ciphers as true.
So far, that proof has never been found.

Sure it has. You just have to go to the Beale Lot to pick out the style, model, color, and accessories that you want.

"Rosalie (or perhaps Muddy) in need of money, unable to access a trove of gold as Edgar was also unable to access, sold the gold secret and Poe's uncompleted "GRAND DIDDLE", concerning this gold secret to Charles W Button"- Legrand January 23, 2008

Who was Rosalie and Muddy, where is the proof that they sold this "Grand Diddle" secret to Button and what became of the Ralph Waldo Emerson connection you also promoted?
It seems your constantly evolving theory has more legs than a red knee tarantula.
Did Rosalie, being in dire need of money, sell this "Grand Diddle" to Button after Poe faked his death, moving to France to collaborate with Jules Verne?

If that's the style, color, model, and accessories that is desired, then yes, that's the desired end result. It can be anything anyone desires it to be.

I really don't know why everyone is making this so hard, I mean it's actually pretty simple. Legrand, Masterpoe, Justintime, Jean, Eldo, etc., etc.,....."They are all correct." There, mystery solved.

Just looking at the differences from the others! Interesting you think people need to manufacturer something about such an obscure topic.

I would seem due diligence to spend time on the things you believe!

But what people would waist his life on something they did not believe. It would be like standing outside of the of the stake house telling people it's a crime to eat meat!

Do you stand outside of the Beale Pamphlet and throw rotten tomatoes! Don't waist time on thinking you help people!
