Looking at real diary's that actually exist! To shed light on the times of the Beale adventure. 1816-1824

There is the Stephen Long Expedition
Jacob Fowler's Journal
John Bell's Journal
The Becknell Expedition
The Auguste Chouteau Papers
The Spanish in the Southwest Archives

There are scores of references and links on the Internet

There are many-many diaries and writings out there that have been used in false/failed association with the Beale narration over the years. The same thing can be said of people, places, organizations, and events, etc., etc. This is what happens when people begin their work/research with nothing more then complete unknowns, these unknowns leaving nearly everything open to a "could be" or a "maybe" or an "if", etc., etc. But that's all they ever can be because that's all they can ever be.

With today's computers and access to everything information wise and still no proof the expedition ever took place is verifiable proof that it never happened and the story is made up for sale to make a profit and which profit never materialized.

Sell enough books to cover cost of publishing would be considered profit. Not many were sold, so I do not believe a profit was made?

Problem is that they are not connected to the items found in peoples possession! Just like all the information you have is not out there!

So then, all of the information out there on the web is useless then! Only the documents that are hidden from view will be the information needed to crack the Beal Mystery!
