Most cryptic post I’ve seen yet...we probably need to decipher IT first to have a clue about the rest of it.

Now that we verification of the cipher has been decrypted. How long before publishing? :dontknow:

Hmmm .. this is a tough one, but I will give it a try. Since the word "cipher" in former times meant "zero" and was later used for any decimal digit.. I believe this is a cryptic way of letting us know you got your stimulus check. $1400.00.

All have been completed by the only one with the key.

Not possible, friend, unless you are applying "a lot" of substitution and manufacturing the end result. All of this repeated posting of remedy and solution without any conclusive evidences as to a Thomas J. Beale, the party, etc., etc., really isn't helping the credibility of these repeated claims, quite the opposite, in fact. But you're not alone as every premature proclamation of correct remedy and solution have likewise ended in this same exact dilemma. "Facts first!".....will spare everyone of this same fate.

And not a single one of them has solved the ciphers or come up with a single conclusive fact regarding the identity of the T.J. Beale in the Beale papers or the party or their grand adventure, etc. It's all speculation, conjecture, and "a lot" of unverified theory. All of this is fine until claimants try to sell what they can't even prove to be accurate, true, or real. "Facts first!" That's the only credible place to start in any effort for a credible resolution.

I count 4 people here with "doubts"

And I count 380+ million that have the chance to see it for themselves

You think you will be the deciding factor of these solves?
