Great find, Several years ago I dug up a cache of 243 coins 10 were gold from every mint except D. Even had some from the elusive Carson City mint. Wow what a day.

Man...what a treasure! I wouldn't be able to stop hyperventilating if I found one of those. Guess I'll have to be satisfied with a gold ring now and then. I would sure like to hear the particulars of the age of the site where it was found, depth, where it was found (like near the house, out in the bushes, etc.). I'd say good luck but looks like you've already got that. Jim Cal
