Three words again, Ex Cel Lent!! Just keep going and keep posting. I don't think I'd trade the shark pit for any one other site I've seen on the Tnet. Maybe some of the old ship finds are worth a lot more money, but my God, the thoughts and history that runs through my mind on seeing your posts is mesmerising. M nty

Amazing! Your photos and story are very exciting and inspirational! As I sit here at work sneaking a peek at this forum, I find myself wishing I could bail out of here and go get some adventure! Maybe over the weekend..... Thank you for sharing your good fortune, and have a great birthday!!

rtde3: Love your stories and pics. Truly inspiring! Definitely a "Shark Pit" book in the making. I bet there are a bunch of us TNet'rs who would buy a copy. Keep scooping!
Listen-- are you breathing just a little, and calling it a life?

Hey Guys, I decided to clean the brass rings up some before I put them in my display case. A friend of mine told me about this stuff called "Never Dull Magic Wadding Polish". So I tried it and it works good! It's not a cream but some cotton type stuff you rub on the metal until it shines. Here is a before & after picture of the five brass rings. And a picture of the Never Dull. Give it a try!
