Dioxogen Bottle with label found in attic.

Found this nice applied top bottle in the attic of a 1910ish garage beside the large house. The garage had room for up to three vehicles below and a small living space above, probably for a chauffeur.

The small attic had an access panel and after crawling inside, I found this Dioxogen bottle sitting between the studs, covered in cobwebs, but bone dry. It's nice to have the label intact as these don't usually survive. It's just over 6" tall.

It was corked and half full of some scary looking liquid, so it got a clean out first. Why it was stored in the attic is anyone's guess.

Dioxogen=H2O2=Hydrogen Peroxide so I wouldn't worry too much about the contents assuming the bottle was only ever used for what is on the label

Yea hydrogen peroxide, plus being that old it has most likely decomposed to h2o. Nice find.
