Its early 1900's i think, For some reason it has no side mold seams, but the cap is pretty modern, the dump was late 1800's to early 1900's.
If I had to guess I would say some type "magic new life pills" which were big in late 1800's early 1900"s. So many different feel good pills were sold, a cure for everything.

My bottle is very similar to Jake's. Bottle is 2 3/4 inches tall and a 1/2 inch in diameter. It still has a clear fluid in it. I haven't been able to unscrew the cap. I'm not quite sure if I want to. I found it at a boarded up funeral home built in 1914. I found it buried with it with a few other bottles from the 1800's.
