This little bottle(2 1/2") was found by my dad while he was tilling up his garden. His house dates from the late 1890's and we have found lots of stuff in the yard/garden area. I think it was the dump or trash spot of the yard. The bottle has a Pat date of Dec. 7, 09 and is kinda unusual because the threads are inside the neck of the bottle. Could this be a perfume or medicine bottle? Any information would be appreciated and thanks for looking!! sandcreek4

SHERMANVILLE--I think it does have a seam and the material "looks" like aluminum overlay on the neck of the bottle(does that make sense?) or it might just be a metal neck. The threads for the lid of the bottle are on the inside of the neck. I've never seen one like that before. Thank you for your reply!! regards, sandcreek4
