I found a box of bottles at the Flea Market this weekend. I paid ten dollars for the box. Did I get ripped off? Do I just use water to clean them?
I numbered the bottles in the pic and will write about each one
#1-- has 4in1 on one side and 3/4, 1/2, 1/4 on the other
#2--says A.D. Simmons Denver, Colo with a Bird in the middle of the writing, has a metal wire thing stuck in the opening
#3-- doesn't have anything on it
#4-- says citrate of magnesia in a fancy symbol on the front
#5--doesn't have anything on it
#6--says Gordon's Dry Gin, London on one side and England on the other
#7--says 6oz Farr's Gray Hair Restorer Boston Mass, 225 on the bottom
#8--says PEE-CHEE on the bottom
#9--says A 36 on the bottom
#10--has a W T then U D C.O.10 then a 6 on the bottom
#11--says 1oz Full Measure on the sides and 12 then a 556 in a diamond on the bottom
#12--says Dr. Price's Delicious Flavoring Extracts on the front and what looks like a 8 on top of a diamond on the bottom
#13--doesn't say anything
#14--Is melted and I can't read whats on the bottom
#15--says DR.S.Pitcher's on one side and Castoria on the other B.67. on the bottom
Nice bottles, I don't think ya got ripped off. I clean mine in water with a little bleach, let them soak for a few days & then take a bottle brush to them, comes out pretty clean!

The Farr's, Price's and the Simmons pictorial Hutch bottle are all nice ones. The rest are fairly common, but I think you did pretty good for $10.00. Nice stuff!
