Bottle ID Age?

Can anyone help me ID/Age this bottle? I found it in an old sawdust dump on the North Coast of Calif.
It had liquid in it and the cork was in it but back at camp my buddy decided to taste it

Pretty bottle! I don't recognize the monogram (can't read it either). The bottle has a wine lip, and probably contained some form of wine (CA wine, brandy, etc.). If it has a hand-finished lip, I would guess it dates to 1900, plus or minus ten years.
