    Collector's opinions needed.

    Hi all,

I was sitting in the recliner last night checking out my display cabinet. I am approaching 100 BIMAL patent med bottles and space is becoming an issue. Also I would like to add some non glass artifacts (some local tokens and postcards, other random but neat stuff).

I want to keep my favorites, but I am considering limiting my acquisitions to smalls, samples and cylinders (such as Winslow's and St. Jakobs).

Here is the question. What do I do with the 60-70 odd men out?? Would you sell, or wrap and store away in case another display change whim comes along? The glass we are talking about is common-scarce. I think Burdie's big Milwaukee find is worth more than what I would net in the sale of the whole lot... 8)

So what say you? Keep or unload?

    Opinions genuinely appreciated.

I'd say that you need to expand your display area -- more shelves. Glass shelves across windows can be very eye-appealing . . . corner shelves . . . free-standing shelves. One can never have too many shelves!
