Bottle question

I have a green bottle 11 3/4 inches tall and it has a 4 leaf clover on the bottom, with three single digit numbers in different location on the bottom. The numbers are 2, 3 and 1. It also has a symbol on the bottom with it, merge these together and u get the symbol " 0 <> and a dot " in the center. any idea what this is? thank u much.

It appears that you have a bottle made by the Owens Glass Company. The information below should help you to make a more detailed identification. But you will have to do some cross-referencing to narrow it down. It should be easy, but please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Also, a photo of the bottle would help.
