They started embossing the "Federal Law......" disclaimer in 1935 :read2:

The 69-54 could indicate the mold number (69) and the date (1954) - or something else entirely :dontknow:

It's definitely machine made and therefore probably not worth much, but there could be someone out there who'd pay for it.....

No real value at all, it might be worth a few dollars has it been a colored example, but even then not much at all....Jim
