That bottle is as sick as the day is long. It cannot be cleaned. If it were a two hundred dollar piece, the fifty beans to polish it would be very tough to pull out of the wallet. Your bottle is worth no more than five bucks in wet shiny mint condition. Such is bottles.
Don't sweat it though antlerman. Hang in there. I once bought a $450 rare spring water at a garage sale for three bucks, this was an attic quality piece with nary a scratch.

But i have to ask, does mineral oil work to kind of mask the sickness? :dontknow:

Yes Mineral will hide alot of defects...just watch out for slick bottle that's easy to drop..
