a mexican whiskey with metal and ceramic top???

this was given to me last week. its from mexico i believe. what got me interested is i saw the same one in a antique shop today going for 35 bucks. the thing is thiers was missing the metal part and had no label. the tag said like 1930's i think. so i look it up on the net and all i found was this antique dealer saying its mid 1800's. he has the exact same bottle except a different ceramic top. i really think this guy dont knows whats going on. it has a metal thing then a ceramic nipple, with some cork in the center. bottle says BERRETEAGA and has PAT6025. my label has something saying register noviembred and i cant read the rest, 19 or 18 something, you can see in the pic below. ne ideas??? im not too worried about this one tho.
