Morning all, last thursday my phone rang at 6am.My friend is on the other line,I'm firing up the backhoe to do some diggin in the alley,,,, do ya want to come over and watch my holes,,,,,, WELL HELL YEAH !!!!! . Got dressed in a flash drove 30 mins, got there just as he was starting to dig. To make a long story short ,after 2 hours of digging I made it home with these 3 items. At first I thought the backhoe was responsible for breaking the jugs,,,but upon closer examination they both had damage to them before the backhoe finished them off >:( I will never forget the Fortune club jug falling out of the bucket in pieces :( WHAT A CRIER !!! it is the only 2 tone jug I've seen from the Fortune Club in 30 years of diggin. Although they have different stenciling they are from the same place,,Harry Lang owned the Fortune Club. Needless to say the jugs are glued back together and are on the shelf. On the upside I did get the Denver medicine, which the book says is a rarity of 3 with 5 being the rarest.
Sleep light,,,you never know when the phone will ring, and a friend with a backhoe is on the other end :headbang:

I'd be buying buddy with backhoe bottles of beer!
Shame on the jug, but just seeing even a partial one dug would be sweet.
Buddy dug a Banner miniature one out here in Denver, closest I've ever been to one.

That little clear druggist is stupendous. By the way, the last time I seen two jugs like that, a couple of hill billies was blowin' on em.
