Milk Bottle Question

Old Milk Bottle says COMALAC and DURAGLASS on it.
Has 23 then a weird symbol and then a 4
LAst line on the bottom is DURAGLASS in like a script writing.

Any info is greatly appreciated!!!

The weird symbol is from the Owens-Illionois Glass Company. The 23 represents the factory location and the 4 gives you the date. Generally the number 4 could mean either 1934 or 1944, but the Duraglass means it's most definitely 1944. If you wish I can look up Factory #23 for you, but don't have time to look right now though!

The number 23 is for the Owens-Illinois plant in Los Angeles, California, which is still open as far as I know.
